SAO Advisors is owned and operated by an European investor deploying debt and equity capital across a diversified industry portfolio, including real estate, shipping and energy projects. Its real estate holdings in Greece (through its wholly owned subsidiary 57th Street SA) includes both commercial and residential properties.

Core factors that are considered include whether the deployment of capital is for debt or equity, the level of expertise/experience of the management team, the use of funds, the anticipated exit from the investment, and the expected rate of return. Depending on the transaction, SAO invests as the sole source of funds, and also with co-investors/other lenders.

Ms. Rahnenfuehrer speaks German, English and French. She is responsible for client in-take and compliance. She studied political science and German literature at the University.
Katia Ntantou
Project Manager
Ms. Katia Ntantou has more than ten years of experience working with U.S. and European companies. Ms. Ntantou holds degrees in economics and technical program management. She is fluent in Greek, German and English. She advises clients on a range of technical and investment matters.
